Genaya has been entrusted to assist in the launch of Orderonline's new business units, a platform for creating and managing online stores for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), through a PR campaign. From this campaign, Orderonline.id reached almost 30 media publications with 100% positive tone, 82% brand mention in news handline & 100% brand and spokesperson mention on news body.

Through this campaign, Orderonline introduces its new business units, OStock and OLogi. The opening of these two new business units is an effort to develop the online business ecosystem. 

As of May 2023, OrderOnline.id has gained over 28,000 users and facilitated more than 1.5 million transactions across Indonesia. The Gross Transaction Value (GTV) throughout 2023 reached Rp 330 billion. 

"An integrated online business ecosystem will provide an end-to-end solution, thus supporting more effective and efficient management and development of online businesses," said CEO and Founder of OrderOnline.id, Rovan Alfarry, in Bandung City, West Java, on Thursday (July 13, 2023). 

Rovan stated that the opening of the two business units is based on several challenges faced by entrepreneurs in running their online businesses, one of which is the difficulty in finding quality suppliers and production capacities. He believes that OStock can be a solution to these problems. 

"We remain committed to making a positive impact and supporting the online business industry and UMKM in Indonesia, one of which is through our two new business units, OStock and OLogi," he said. 

Through OStock, entrepreneurs will be connected with suppliers to minimize the risk of product shortages. Meanwhile, through OLogi, entrepreneurs can manage their product storage. 

According to Rovan, these services are designed to meet the evolving demands of online businesses, especially during times of high demand for goods. Rovan mentioned that OLogi provides storage solutions for online businesses and UMKM designed to assist in their fulfillment processes to ensure more scheduled logistics operations and stock availability. 

Currently, OLogi has only been opened in Jakarta. However, there is a possibility of opening more branches in other locations to shorten delivery times. With these two new business units, he believes that his company can become a mainstay for UMKM in Indonesia in running their businesses. 

"We believe that the addition of these two business units will strengthen our position as a reliable Software as a Services (SaaS) platform for online businesses and UMKM," he said.

As of now, OrderOnline.id already has business units such as OCademy and OExpress. Meanwhile, to commemorate its fifth anniversary, OrderOnline.id met with several UMKM to strengthen relationships with business partners or collaborators.
