Genaya has been entrusted to assist in the launch of an innovative financial management application named Jack from Transfez through a PR campaign. Transfez is a financial technology product by PT Indo Koala Remittance, a licensed money transfer company in Indonesia. Transfez is an application that enables users to send money abroad from Indonesia to over 60 countries. 

Through this PR campaign, Genaya is aiding the Jack platform in positioning itself as an innovative financial management platform carefully crafted to empower businesses by simplifying and automating financial management processes. 

CEO of Jack and Transfez, Edo Windratno, stated that the development of the Jack application aims to address various financial challenges faced by businesses in Indonesia, such as limited access to corporate credit cards and inefficient financial procedures.

By leveraging the power of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, Edo mentioned that Jack revolutionizes financial processes and increases productivity up to tenfold while prioritizing privacy and data security. The application provides a comprehensive range of financial solutions through various features, such as Corporate Cards, Reimbursement, Bill Payment, Payroll, Local Transfer, and International Transfer. 

Jack helps businesses resolve decentralization issues arising from the use of multiple platforms and different vendors by offering a holistic solution to enhance financial control quality based on real-time and centralized data in the system. 

Edo emphasized that with the Jack application, business owners and finance teams can have full control over company expenditures, improve employee accountability through real-time tracking systems, automate payments, reduce transaction costs, and alleviate the workload of finance teams. Equipped with an easy acceptance flow through the mobile app or portal, Jack assists every client in managing finances flexibly.

In addition to Jack's presence, the Transfez app will continue to offer affordable and easy cross-border transfer services for non-corporate users, with Transfez being part of Jack's expansion journey in the mission to broaden the reach of financial services offered.
